You’re invited to join me as I inspect the property. See for yourself the condition of the structure, the tests I perform, and the thoroughness of the inspection. Your computerized Dream Home Inspection Report will be given to you that day, either on site or e-mailed. It provides an itemized description of every component I’ve inspected, along with a summary of my findings. You’ll know, right away, if your dream home is in good condition. If repairs are needed, you’ll know exactly what needs to be fixed, so you can make an informed decision on the purchase. If you’re unable to accompany me on the inspection, I’ll e-mail the Dream Home Inspection Report to you the day of the inspection. Your Realtor will also receive a copy.
