My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Lisa beginning in 2005. She worked
hard to ensure our out-of-town home search was a pleasant experience for us. When we
came to Grand Rapids to view houses, Lisa cleared her schedule and made herself
available at all hours of the day and night. Not only did she work hard to find our house,
but we felt that she really had a good grasp of what we were looking for. Any agent can
print out listings, but Lisa took the time to listen to our desires, and then used her
knowledge of the area to show us just the right houses.
Now we are in the market again and have chosen Lisa once more to represent us on the
sale of our current house and the search for our next house. We are confident that her
diligent efforts will yet again leave us pleased with the Novosad Team.
