Bob Novosad began his real estate career in 1992. He joined Keller Williams in 2000 and was named Managing Broker in June 2016. Bob has served his industry with stints on the Finance, Forms, Grievance, MLS Policy, and Professional Standards committees for the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors. His favorite part of the job still is negotiating contracts that result in win/win situations for his clients, and helping newer agents solve real-estate issues. The Michigan State University graduate previously worked as a newspaper reporter and ran his own public relations-marketing agency. He serves as the liaison for St. Robert’s Catholic Church in Ada to the development committee at San Juan Diego Academy, a Wyoming-based, K-8 Catholic elementary school that serves a Latino population. He also is a board member on the Safari Club West MI Bowhunters Chapter, and an Official Measurer for the Boone & Crockett and Pope & Young clubs. Lisa joined Keller Williams in 2003 and earned her broker’s license in 2013. She attended Ferris State University, where she received dual bachelor degrees in Hotel/Restaurant Management and Marketing. Lisa worked in management for a number of upscale resorts in northern Michigan before settling in West Michigan. Prior to real estate, she worked as a project manager for Westinghouse and for 7 years was Knoll's West Michigan's sales representative focusing on business development. Lisa serves of the Agency Leadership Council which is Keller Williams governing board. Her problem solving abilities and strong customer service approach has guided her in creating a loyal clientele base resulting in long lasting relationships.
Outside of work, Lisa sings with the Grand Rapids Symphony Chorus and serves on number of ministries with St. Robert’s Church in Ada. Lisa and Bob met through their involvement in the Grand Rapids Jaycees and have been happily married for 28 years. They have 4 grown children and 2 grandchildren.

Melissa Allen is the team's Buyer Specialist. A 12- year industry veteran, Melissa is a resident of East Grand Rapids where she is raising two tween- age daughters and is active in their schools. Prior to moving here in 2004, she resided in San Diego where she graduated from SDSU in 2002 and later gained a background in hospitality management. Melissa believes her communication skills, due diligence and avid attention to detail help her deliver superior service to clients.Melissa has called Keller Williams Realty her home as a Realtor since she began her career 12 years ago. Although a Michigan native, she graduated from San Diego State University and moved back with her young family to East Grand Rapids in 2003 where she currently resides. Elle's forte is her versatility and diligence, along with an ability to form strong relationships and advocate for our clients. A Grand Rapids native, Elle began her career in real estate working for a commercial investment firm located in Atlanta, GA. In her spare time she enjoys fishing, hiking, cooking and spending time at her lake house with her husband, Jordan, and their 2 Vizslas, Jake and Josie.|
